HEALTHY HABITS DAY 4: DECIDE ON CHANGE

Decision is such a powerful tool. It's in our inactions & indecisions where we can feel stuck and stagnant.

When we DECIDE and then take action, that's when the magic happens 

"Once you make a decision, the universe conspires to make it happen." -Ralph Waldo Emerson

Now that doesn't mean that you make a decision, then sit back and wait for the universe to deliver. [I mean, that can happen as well since we do live in the world of quantum / infinite possibilities!]. But the universe rewards action.

And your actions can look like cultivating healthy habits that support your desired intention & outcome.  

Change begins with choice. A decision you make daily - to either do something that moves you forward and/or to stop doing things that are no longer serving you.
