Did you know an estimated 75% of Americans are chronically dehydrated? Dehydration can cause fatigue, headaches, foggy memory, irritability, constipation, and muscle weakness/cramps to name a few.
Without water, there is no life. All functions within the body require the presence of water. A well-hydrated body enables biological functions to occur quickly and efficiently.
Water can prevent and cure many common conditions because it is the single most important nutrient after oxygen. It hosts every physiological process.
