HEALTHY HABITS DAY 27: FREQUENCIES
Life is an energy exchange system. Health, healing, and feeling vital comes from optimizing the exchange of energy between you and your environment.
Our body, mind, and spirit want to be moving in a direction toward balance.
Ways of optimizing energy exchange include ALL of the healthy habits we've been exploring over the last month:
💧 Hydration
🌱 Nutrition
🚶‍♀️ Exercise & movement
🧘‍♀️ Breath, meditation & mindfulness
😴 Sleep
🧠 Reading/learning & engaging our minds in positive uplifting.
Laughing, gratitude, time in nature, presence - these all work to amplify and raise our vibration.
All the vibrations & frequencies in our lives impact how we feel, affect our emotions, and can alter our brain waves. They are either contributing to our quantum health...or depleting, blocking, and preventing the flow of energy. Healthy habits vs habits that no longer support the person (vibration) we are becoming.
One of my favorite methods and healthy habits for shifting/uplifting energy is frequency. Working with frequency programs allows us to harmonize our energy and optimize flow (chi/vital life force/prana).
By incorporating frequency therapies, we can help move blocked energy from past experiences, restore balance and harmony physically, mentally, emotionally, and at the soul level. Essentially, the stuck energy can be moved and recycled back into our life force, helping us feel more grounded, connected, alive, with increased vitality.
Frequencies are amazing at helping transform, and transmute stuck energy, shift old beliefs and patterns, so we can feel energized and balanced. Physical and emotional disharmony can be a reflection of how your inner and outer worlds have been out of alignment. Incorporating frequency therapy and other energy medicines facilitate feeling more balanced, coherent, and resonant.
Frequencies have been one of the most empowering forms of health activation and healing for myself, my family and my clients. It really is the medicine of the future and truly a healthy habit worth cultivating.
