More than building the habit, this is the embodiment of the person- the version of you- who integrates this habit daily because you know it supports your well-being on all levels.

One habit you would like to build and embody.


And you do it EVERY day for 28 days 


It can be something simple like drinking 1-2 glasses of water first thing in the morning.

A daily meditation practice of 5-10 minutes.

Walking or moving for 10-15 minutes after a meal. 

Daily reading & learning.

You get to pick! One thing.


What is something you've been wanting to incorporate but haven't?
