
Exercise can be a bit of a conundrum. We all know we "should" move our bodies, but often lack the motivation or energy to do so. And yet, if we did, we would feel better, have more energy, sleep more soundly, etc.
At least this has been my experience. In many ways movement was the missing piece when it came to my vitality. For quite some time (years) I was eating well, had a consistent meditation practice, my sleep routine was dialed in. I was doing all the "right" things. And yet I was still plagued with brain fog, fatigue and there was certainly room for improvement with my mindset. Things began to shift (rather quickly) once I implemented daily movement and committed to self care and devotion in this way. I started to view movement as a form of medicine, and there was a lot less resistance and fewer excuses being made thereafter!
Exercise is a powerful tool for detoxifying the body, clearing the mind, and sustaining our life force energy. Regular movement is an important part of the equation when it comes to Healthy Habits and cultivating quantum health.
